Where is the confirmation of my order?

Haven’t received an order confirmation yet? Here are a few reasons why this could happen:

- You misspelled your email address
- Your spam-folder stole our confirmation
- Our system has not processed the order yet

Sometimes it takes a while for the confirmation to be send. If you haven’t heard anything after 24h, please let us know!
